When changing a team member’s role from a Primary Manager to a Secondary Manager, the automatic sync will fail if both roles are assigned at the same time.

Our system cannot process a user occupying both manager roles simultaneously. To avoid sync errors, update the roles in two separate sync cycles.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Clear Employee A from the Primary Manager field.
2. Allow the automatic sync to complete so the system processes the removal.
3. Assign Employee A as the Secondary Manager.
4. Allow the next automatic sync to complete to save the new role.
