What usually triggers the pause?
If key fields like Name, Email, or UUID are missing from your export file, the system assumes those users are gone.
An interrupted upload or partial file.
Renaming columns in your HRIS without updating your Reflektive mapping.

Check your export file: Make sure required columns (Name, Email, UUID) are present.
