  • Issue: The user receives an error message when switching from the horizontal to the vertical axis when pasting text over the character limit.
  • Fix: Switching between horizontal and vertical axis works without issue. There is no longer an error message.
    
    
  • Issue: The user does not know how many peer reviewers they need to add in the first step of completing a 360 Performance Review in order satisfy a minimum requirement.
  • Fix: Reworded text in Step 1 of a 360 Performance Review when selecting peers to show ‘Add # more peer reviewers before submitting’.

  • Issue: Total number of points that a person could redeem were being displayed in system-generated Real-Time Feedback emails.
  • Fix: The total point tallies were removed from the emails.
    
    
  • Issue: When visiting www.reflektive.com/download, for downloading the Reflektive plugin, the webpage was displaying some UI Issues.
    
  • Fix: The download plugin page is now rendering properly and all the links lead to the latest version of the plugin.
    
    
  • Issue: The External Feedback workflow would occasionally produce an error when selecting multiple recipients. 
  • Fix: The error no longer shows up during the normal work-flow.
    
    
  • Issue: System generated External Feedback emails do not have an unsubscribe feature.

  • Issue: The View Email Link from a Real-Time Feedback post does not show up.
  • Fix: The link now appears.
    
    
  • Issue: The "Give Thanks" text and button within the Weekly Recognition Email was misaligned.
  • Fix: The text and button have been realigned and is dynamic (scales properly in all browsers)

New Features

• Live Calibration Tool
  
  • A new tab under Admin called “Calibration” will be visible to any admins who have access to review cycles.
  • Admins will be able to select any open or closed cycle to calibrate, and can choose whether they want to view the report as themselves or a specific manager.
  • Note: Changes to free response questions and 9 box questions are not yet supported in Live Calibration.
• Multiple Language Support implemented
  • Can set language with browser preferences, or manually through their profile page.
• JIRA to Reflektive Goals Integration (workflow for employees)
  • IT / HR Admin can connect Reflektive to their JIRA instance. Customer must be using the OKR Measurements goal type.

  • Issue: When creating a 9-box question type, attempting to save text in a box exceeding 30 characters would result in an error.
  • Fix: Updated the character limit to the original intended 40 characters. The error messaging is now more specific as well.
    
    
  • Issue: "Deliver Reviews" action batch would show numbers/incomplete items even though they have been completed.
  • Fixed: “Deliver Reviews” action badge updates properly as check-ins are completed
