If new information arises or feedback needs updating after a performance review report has already been shared, managers and administrators can retract the report to make revisions and deliver it again.
Overview
Retracting a delivered review report functions identically to "unlocking" a review. It temporarily pulls back the report, allowing the manager or administrator to adjust comments, update ratings, or add context before re-releasing the final document to the employee.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Deliver Reports
Go to the Deliver Reports tab located within the review cycle navigation.
Locate the Team Member
Find the employee whose report needs updating in the Your Team list.
Retract the Report
Click the three dots (
...) menu icon next to the employee's review status.Select Retract Report from the dropdown menu.
Edit the Review Content
Return to the review form (under Fill Out Reviews).
Make the necessary adjustments to your feedback, notes, or scores.
Redeliver the Report
Navigate back to the Deliver Reports tab.
Click View and Deliver to preview the revised report and follow the prompts to re-release it to the employee.

Note: Once a report is retracted, any previously delivered view is hidden from the employee until the manager re-delivers the updated version.
