If your organisation uses an automated HRIS (Human Resource Information System) integration with Reflektive, your HRIS data feed manages all user accounts, profile updates, and active statuses.
Here is a quick overview of how this integration works and what it means for your team's account management.
When an HRIS integration is active, Reflektive automatically syncs with your HRIS on a regular schedule
Account Creation: Whenever a new employee is added to your HRIS as an active user with a work email address, Reflektive automatically generates an account for them during the next scheduled sync.
Account Maintenance: Updates to employee details (such as title, manager, or department changes) made in your HRIS automatically reflect in Reflektive.
Deactivations: When an employee is marked inactive or removed from the HRIS data feed, their Reflektive account is automatically deactivated to keep your account secure.
Key Things to Keep in Mind
Manual Account Creation Isn't Supported
Because the HRIS feed strictly manages user data, support teams cannot manually create accounts or bypass the integration. Adding users directly to your HRIS is the only way to grant them access to Reflektive.
Single Sign-On (SSO) & Permissions
Once a user’s account is created via the sync, ensure your internal IT team grants them the appropriate SSO access so they can log in seamlessly.
Need Help?
If a team member is missing an account or losing access, check with your HRIS admin to confirm that:
Their profile includes a valid work email address.
They are included in the automated sync file sent to Reflektive.
