How Reflektive sends data securely

Sharing files and sensitive information by regular email is risky. Messages can be forwarded, intercepted, or sit unprotected in inboxes for years. To avoid this, Reflektive uses SendSafely, a secure file-transfer platform, whenever sensitive data needs to leave the company.

Why secure sharing matters

Customer and employee data often includes personal details, performance information, and account records. If it’s sent through ordinary channels, a single misdirected email or compromised mailbox could expose it. A dedicated secure channel reduces that risk.

How SendSafely protects data

End-to-end encryption. Files are encrypted on the sender’s device before they are uploaded. SendSafely’s servers only ever store encrypted data, so even the service itself can’t read the contents.

Secure links instead of attachments. The recipient gets a link rather than the file itself. The file is never sitting in the body of an email.

Separate keys. The decryption key is kept apart from the link that is sent, so intercepting the email alone isn’t enough to open the file.

Access controls. Senders can require recipients to verify their identity, for example with a one-time code, before downloading.
