When analysing performance reviews, surveys, or engagement metrics, reports filter by cycle or dataset:
Navigate to the top navigation bar and select People Intelligence (or Analytics / Reports).
Open the dashboard or specific report you want to view.
Locate the Cycle Selector or Dataset Filter at the top or in the filter pane.
By default, Reflektive defaults to the "Latest" chronological review cycle.
Click the dropdown menu and select your new Review Cycle, Survey, etc.
Click Apply or let the dashboard refresh; the report will update to display only the records associated with the selected cycle.
