What is a Kick-off email?
After a cycle has been launched, admins can send a kick-off email to inform employee's that a review is now available. Admins have the option to send the kick-off email to:
- All Employees in the cycle
- Specific Employees in the cycle
Sending Kick-off email to all employees:
When you send a kick-off email to all employee's in the review cycle:
- Recipients/ reviewee's will receive the kick-off email
- The Recipients/ reviewee's mandatory reviewers will receive the kick-off email
Note: The kick-off email will not be sent to peer reviewers
