Users can edit their goals in the Goals tab and those active goals will be pulled into the check-in. However, once either you or your manager clicks "Submit" in the check-in, the goals will no longer update in the Check-In. This is because we want to ensure that both you and your manager are viewing the same set of goals when providing feedback.
To verify the status of your Check-in:
- Open the Check-in
- In Step 1 - Write, does your review show as Complete? If so, your goals will no longer update in the check-in
- Ask your manager if they completed your check-in
- If your manager completed your check-in, your goals will no longer update.
If either you or your manager has completed the Check-In, we recommend that you discuss the updated goals offline.
