What are all the email notifications that can be toggled on/off for our customer?

Employees are able to toggle on/off certain email subscription under their profile settings:

At the top right of the screen, click the 3 dots then Settings > Manage Email Preferences

• When someone comments on your recognition

These flags are set and controlled by Reflektive admins through the Matrix

Company Settings

If employee has “Action”s due an email notification will be sent

Goals & Polls Settings

This will send an email to all non-responders to the poll question in either the plug-in or email

If a goal is cascaded to an employee, the employee will get an email

If a goal is cascaded to an employee, the employee’s manager will get an email

As an individual (non-manager) when email is archived, you get an email confirmation
