Why Can't I Find My API Key in the Dashboard?
To keep your data safe, we do not show API keys on the dashboard. This prevents keys from being exposed during screen shares, through shared logins, or via unauthorized access.
Instead, our support team generates and shares keys directly with verified account owners.
How to Request Your Key
You can get your API key in three easy steps:
Contact Us: Email support@reflektive.com or open a ticket through our site using your account's primary admin email.
Send Your Details: Include the following:
Account / Organization Name
Receive Your Key: Once we verify your account, our team will securely send your key.
Quick Security Tips
Never share your key or post it in public code repositories (like GitHub).
Store it securely using environment variables.
If you ever suspect your key has leaked, contact support immediately so we can disable it and issue a new one.
