Whether you prefer the familiarity of Classic Reports or want to explore the enhanced features and visualizations of the new People Intelligence (PI) interface, administrators can seamlessly toggle between both views at any time.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to switch between the two experiences.
Switching from New PI to Classic View
If you are currently using the updated People Intelligence interface and need to access legacy reports:
Log in with your Admin credentials.
Navigate to People Intelligence from the main navigation menu.
Scroll down to the bottom-left corner of the page.
Click on Switch to Classic View.
You will be redirected back to the Classic Reports dashboard.
Switching from Classic View to the New PI Experience
When you are ready to return to the new, modernized People Intelligence experience:
From the classic interface, navigate to the top of the People Intelligence page.
Locate the banner notice that reads:
"We've updated our People Intelligence experience. Click here to try it today"
Click on the notice/link within the banner.
The page will refresh and load the new People Intelligence interface.
