Important Things to Note

  • Latest Updates Only: The Intelligence Report displays the initial creation timestamp and the most recent update timestamp. It does not display a full version history or track the total number of individual edits made over time.
  • Manager Email Notifications: Whenever an employee creates, edits, or deletes a goal, their direct manager automatically receives a real-time email notification summarizing the change.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I see how many times an employee edited a goal?

No. The system only captures the timestamp of the latest modification, not the total edit count or revision history.

What actions trigger a manager notification?

Managers receive an automated email notification when an employee:

  • Creates a new goal
  • Edits an existing goal
  • Deletes a goal
