What's Not Changing?

Before reviewing the key updates, let's talk about what's not changing:

  • Support ticket process - The process for submitting and tracking a support ticket is not affected by the new site experience. Signed-in users can submit a request directly from the help center. Support requests can also be emailed to support@reflektive.com.
  • The primary home page options - The home page main menu options remain similar to the legacy experience. Here, you can access user and product documentation, best practices, training and webinars, troubleshooting content and product release content.
  • Site-wide search - A major improvement in the new experience is the ability to perform focused searches within specific categories and sections. However, the site-wide search will remain available in the page headers.
  • Login - Users who log in to the site will continue to use their existing credentials.
  • Core resource access - All documents and resources remain fully available.

Key Updates & Benefits

Modernized, Streamlined Interface

The site has been updated with a refreshed look and feel, as well as improvements designed to enhance navigation.

  • Navigation tabs allow you to move between categories without having to return to the home page.
  • Article table of contents may be used in long articles, allowing you to jump to relevant article content quickly.

Enhanced Search Options

The Reflektive help center contains a large library of content. We have made updates to help you locate the right articles at the right time!

  • Focused search of the categories and sections allow you to focus your article search vs. the site-wide search that's required in the legacy experience.

  • Popular searches on the home page will allow you to quickly search for the most relevant and timely articles, such as recent releases.

Primary Workflow Changes

Although the core support functionality will not change, users may notice some minor changes to how they access areas of the site.

Home Page Changes

In the legacy experience, Announcements are grouped with Product Release information. In the updated experience, announcements are located in a collapsible section above the main menu.

Section and Article Access

In the legacy experience, the main categories are listed on the home page, with the first few sections displayed. A View All link takes users to an expandable section menu. In the updated experience, clicking on a home page category takes users to a category page where they can click through a section table of contents, scroll the screen and do a focused search of the category.

Signing In

Users with login credentials can sign in to the site by clicking the Sign in button located in the site header.

Note: Most Reflektive help center users do not have login credentials. You still have access to all documentation and information even if you are not signed in to the site.

Support Requests

Information about submitting support requests is located on the home page below the main menu. Note that only signed-in users can access and submit requests directly from the help center. If you are not already signed in, selecting Log a ticket will take you to a sign in page. Users who do not have sign-in credentials can submit support requests by email.

Quarterly Product Release Notes

As part of the Help Center update, we are excited to share an improved approach to how we keep you updated on our product. While we previously shared release notes on a more flexible schedule, we are now shifting to a consistent, quarterly publication. This ensures you always have clear visibility into the improvements and features delivered over each three-month period.

You can expect a new update at the end of every quarter published directly in our Help Center. For your convenience, each article will include a downloadable PDF version of the release notes so you can easily save, print, or share the updates with your team.

For go live of the new release notes approach, we have published quarterly release notes from Q1 2025 - Q2 2026. Release notes that were available previously are accessible from the Release Notes Archive article.
