Check for Latest Version
Go to your Control Panel > Programs and Features > search for Reflektive for Outlook and look at the Version column. This should be 2.3.1.
If your version does not match 2.3.1 then obtain the latest package from the Reflektive download site: https://www.reflektive.com/download
Checking Prerequisites
The MSI does not check for these prerequisites, please ensure that the following requirements are met before deploying:
- Windows 1803 or higher
- .NET Framework 4.7 or higher
- MS Edge Chromium
Debugging
If the two steps above have been completed, download the Reflektive Plugin Debug version here: https://reflektive-outlook.s3.amazonaws.com/MSI/user/ReflektiveOutlookAddin_2.3.1_debug.zip
Install like normally and when the existing problem occurs send Reflektive a System Report. This will alert the Reflektive team with logs and your info so that Reflektive can reach out after troubleshooting.
