User Acceptance Testing for Goals and Goals Check-In

After your Customer Success Manager has your instance of Reflektive up and running, along with the Goals Module enabled, we have a list of actions for your team to test out to ensure that everything is behaving the way it should.

Follow these steps to go test each user story test case (Individual Contributor, Manager and System Administrator):

  1. Follow the testing steps for each user story - start by logging into at www.reflektive.com/app. Click on the "Goals" tab, then go through the Action column below.
  2. Compare your results to the listed expected result (where applicable).
  3. Document your observed results if they were different than the expected result. You can either click on the checkboxes and then print out this page or, if you want a more detailed progress sheet you can work off your machine, please use the template below to track your results.
  4. Document whether or not the test passed or failed. Where there is a failure or additional question(s), contact your Onboarding Manager/Customer Success Manager.

After logging in, go through the relevant sections below:

Goals Home Page (Individual Contributors)

 1. Add a new goal.
  • Add goal title/objective
  • Add applicable key results
      • For each key result select a measure (checkbox, percentage, number or dollar amount)
    • Add a due date.
    • Select whether the goal will be public or private.
      • Public: Visible to all employees in the plugin and searchable in the web application.
      • Private: Visible only to your manager. Not searchable.
    • Select a goal category (if applicable).
  • Save

   Complete

 2. Update key result completion for at least one key result and save. Do the completion percentages for the objective and that key result update?

  Complete

 3. Archive a goal. This marks a goal complete.

  Complete

 4. Click the Active Goals dropdown and toggle over to Archived goals. Unarchive your goal.

 5. I am able to edit my self check-in feedback after it has been submitted

  • Under Step 1: Fill Out Check-ins, click on the “Edit” button below the completed status next to your name
  • Edit responses to the survey questions
  • Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page

 OPTIONAL. Align a public goal to another user’s public goal.

 OPTIONAL. Comment on your goal with a status update.

 OPTIONAL. Delete your goal. Note: This removes the goal completely.

 1. Scroll down, do you see all of your direct reports listed? Can you add goals on their behalf?

 2. Add a new goal.
