Q: Can we create feedback question templates and target them to subsets of the population?
A: No. The only option currently available is to customize the three default questions, which will be visible to all active profiles.
Q: Can we customize which feedback questions are mandatory vs optional?
A: No. All feedback questions are mandatory for the feedback provider to complete.
Q: Can I create reports in People Intelligence for Feedback 2021?
A: Currently no. There is one report available for administrators using the legacy reporting functionality, which is a data dump of all the feedback events in a CSV file. Reflektive is in the process of making Feedback 2021 available in People Intelligence for customized reporting needs. This is expected to be available in a future update.
Q: Can I enable new feedback to a subset of the population?
A: While the Feedback module can be enabled on an individual user basis, only one version of Feedback (classic, beta, or Feedback 2021) can be enabled at any time.
Q: What happens to completed feedback posts from a provider if they are no longer active at my company?
A: Completed posts will still be available for you to view on your profile page.
Q: Can a new manager see the Feedback received by a direct report?
A: Yes, new managers gain visibility to their new direct reports' feedback (assuming the feedback was originally shared with the manager), and the old manager will no longer have access.
Q: Does a manager have visibility to view who an unsolicited feedback is shared with (recipient only or recipient and their manager)?
A: The option is only visible to the feedback provider, but any user who can see the post can also see who has visibility by hovering over the visibility icon.
Q: If I change the configuration of feedback (for example, the default visibility), will it affect previously posted feedback?
A: No, configuration changes only affect new posts going forward.
Q: Can secondary managers see feedback that is shared with managers?
A: In older versions of Feedback, only the feedback recipient's primary manager could see the feedback, not their secondary manager. In Feedback 2021, both primary and secondary managers can see feedback shared with the manager.
Q: Is there a list of all feedback that I have sent?
A: Yes, you can see all feedback posts you have authored using the “By Me” feedback filter on your Profile page.
