We'll be going over new features, updates, and improvements to Reflektive below. These features and fixes will be live as of February 9th, 2021. These features will be available to test on your Demo Accounts starting January 12th, 2021.

People Intelligence - Updates & Enhancements (General Availability)
Product Update
A new series of reports for 1:1 Conversations and Topics is now accessible as part of our efforts to increase visibility into usage and other important metrics.
Who does this affect?
Admins using People Intelligence - that also have access to the 1:1 Conversations module - will enjoy these enhancements.
Why the update?
A set of new reports under the existing “Conversations” and “Topics” products will replace the old reports previously available. A number of improvements to the old 1:1 reporting have been added, including (but not limited to) how date filters are applied. Reports include:
- Conversations > Unique 1:1s
- Conversations > Count of 1:1s
- Conversations > Topics per 1:1
- Topics > Unique Topics
- Topics > Count of Topics
When creating a new report, select ‘Conversations’ or ‘Topics’ from the product dropdown, followed by the desired report from the report type dropdown. Data can be filtered and grouped to customize the data view and can be visualized as a number, bar graph, table or pie chart.
Product Update
A new Users report type is now accessible within People Intelligence.
Who does this affect?
Admins using People Intelligence - that also have access to the 1:1 Conversations module - will enjoy these enhancements.
Why the update?
To supplement the old 1:1 reporting with support of reporting from the user’s perspective. These reports enable customers to view 1:1 content from the perspective of each employee and support such use cases as Active and Inactive Managers, Inactive Users count by Department, etc. Reports include:
- Users > Unique Users
- Users > Count of Users
When creating a new report, select ‘Users’ from the product dropdown, followed by ‘Attributes of Users’ or ‘Count of Users’ from the report type dropdown. Data can be filtered and grouped to customize the data view and can be visualized as a number, bar graph , table or pie chart.
Reviews - Maximum Peer Reviewers Count (General Availability)
Product Update
Participants in 360 reviews can now select as many peers as they need within a given 360 cycle.
Who does this affect?
This feature can be enabled for any Reflektive customer (upon request).
Why the update?
Improved support for organizations that desire more expansive 360 review cycles with larger pools of peer reviewers.
If you're interested in increasing the amount of peer reviewers your participants can nominate, please reach out to our Support Team (support@reflektive.com) with the upper threshold you want enabled in your environment. Then, while configuring settings for your 360 review (Step 2 of Review Builder), you will then be able to configure the maximum peer threshold accordingly.
Team Goals Visibility on Homepage Widget (General Availability)
Product Update
An updated goals widget on Home page that also includes any team goals if they exist. This widget will also show up similarly on 1:1s + Profile page. A maximum of three goals per individual or team will be displayed. User can click on ‘See All’ to be taken to the appropriate goals page.
Who does this affect?
All users.
Why the update?
Greater consistency with main Goals page, and better visibility into all objectives that are relevant to employees and the people with whom they work most closely.
Private Goal Alignment (General Availability)
Product Update
Ability for companies to enable private goal alignment to private OR public goals. These alignments will also reflect in the Goal Visualization Tree.
Who does this affect?
All customers leveraging the following goal types as part of their broader goal configuration:
- Checkboxes with user completion
- Checkboxes with no completion
- Description with user completion
- Description with no completion
- Weighted: Checkboxes with user completion
- Weighted: Description with user completion
Why the update?
There are many reasons why companies may wish to have private goals housed in Reflektive, while still tracking and aligning individual goals to broader team or company goals. With this new feature, they will have the flexibility to align private goals to other private individual/team or company goals.
