Why Does My Goal Progress Not Update Accordingly?

Context

I created a goal with key results that are surpassing 100% but my goal progress is not updating accordingly.

Answer

The goal itself may not be obtained based on what you're trying to achieve.  The key results can be over 100% but will be considered up to 100% when it rolls up to the overall completion progress of the parent goal.
