Goal progress in a review is now snap-shotted when either the employee or manager submits that review, providing more accuracy within the context of a goal's lifetime. Below are three scenarios of how this can or can not work.
- Before Employee AND manager submits the review
- New Goals can be added and pulled into the review form after the cycle has been launched - Once Employee submits the review
- New Goals cannot be added and pulled into the review form
- Employees can make changes to existing Goals that are already in the review form and will be reflected in the review form before the manager submits their review.

- Adding OKRs
- Changing progress of metrics
