Real-Time Feedback administrators are able to pull a Reward Redemptions Report from Intelligence/PI or Admin Reports.

Pulling Reward Redemptions Report from Intelligence/PI

1. Go to the Intelligence page > Reports
2. Select All products type "Reward Redemptions"
3. Select report "Reward Redemptions"
4. Download CSV

Pulling Reward Redemptions Report from Admin Reports 

1. Go to the Admin page and click on the Reports tab on the left-hand side
2. Select report type "Real-Time Feedback"
3. Select a report "Reward Redemptions"
4. Select your date ranges (Note: please be sure to update your date ranges)
5. Select Email CSV
