If a manager changes in the middle of a cycle what happens? 

New Manager

• After the manager change in our system, the current manager/employees will have the ability to complete a review of the reviewee. 
• This manager now has the ability to release the report (Performance & 360 reviews) to the reviewee.

Former Manager

• If an employee or former manager has submitted a review, then that managers review will show up as a "Former Manager/Direct Report" 
• The former manager will not be able to deliver the review, however, their responses will be included in the final report if the manager responses are supposed to be released.
