As a Manager, How Do I Release Feedback to my Direct Report?

For Check-in cycle

• A Check-in cycle has a one step release. This means:
• When a manager clicks the “Submit and Deliver” button, the manager feedback will automatically be shared with the employee.

For Performance and 360 Review cycle

• A Performance and 360 review has a two step release. This means:
• When a manager clicks the "submit" button, the manager feedback is not automatically shared with the employee.
  
  
  
  
• After the manager submits the manager feedback, the manager will need to click on "View and Deliver" and complete the steps to release the report to the employee.
