Manager change during a review cycle
If there was a manager change during an active review cycle - the former manager will still have the option to complete the manager review on their former direct report.
Former manager vs new manager
- The new manager will be required to write a manager review on their new direct report.
- The new manager is only able to release/deliver the review and not the former manager.
- The former manager and new manager share the same visibility. For example, they can view the (former) direct report submitted self review.
