Why is my Goal Update Not Reflected in my Review?

Within a review, current goals do not show up in the review questions.

• Most times this happens because your Review has already been submitted by yourself or your manager. Once your review has been submitted, the goals associated with the review will be locked.  Progress can be updated via our goal tab, but the goals themselves will be locked.
