Bulk Approve Reviewers - Available Now
Who does this affect?
Review Administrators who have access to managing a 360 Review.
Why the update?
To further alleviate the administrative burden on review admins, we've added some enhancements to our Review Dashboard area: bulk approval of reviewers. This allows administrators to advance their employees or a subset of the employee population to the next step of the review/check-in process if they so desire.
The feature enhancement is found under the "Admin" tab, then if you are able to manage a particular 360 review, then you will see the "Bulk Actions" drop-down selector.

Attachments to Profiles Page - Available Now
Who does this affect?
Companies who have the 1-on-1 Profiles feature turned ON
Why the update?
In order to help accommodate companies that have historical data prior to their adoption of Reflektive, we now allow companies who have enabled the 1-on-1 Profile feature and with the Attachments to Profiles Page feature turned on to attach any kind of prior performance information to the employee profile, under the "Reviews" tab. The feature allows for .pdfs, .txt, .csv, .xls, .png, and more under 10 MB to be added.

People Intelligence - BambooHRIS Connector - Early Access
Who does this affect?
Any HR Admin who wants to further automate data between BambooHR system and Reflektive while harvesting insights.
Why the update?
People Intelligence has been a powerful addition to the Reflektive platform, and we'd want to give power to our customers by allowing them to bring any data from their HRIS system into Reflektive immediately for data analysis and insights. BambooHR is utilized by a good number of our customer base, and it was the best place to start in terms of expanding integration support.
