Reflektive UI Rebrand
Who does this affect?
Everyone on the Reflektive system.
Why the update?
You may have noticed that Reflektive has been releasing a lot of features recently, which is great for you! Additionally, our website, logos, and overall aesthetic has been updated. Despite this, one piece of feedback we have gotten pretty consistently from our customers was that our User Interface (UI) after logging into the Reflektive webapp could use a fresh coat of paint. After sourcing some of your opinions and doing additional research on our end, we then spoke to our designers and went straight to work. This also worked out wonderfully for the company as a whole, since it also aligned with an overall rebranding effort! Access to Terminated Profiles
Who does this affect?
HR Admins, and with companies who have the 1-on-1 Profiles feature turned ON.
Why the update?
Administrators can now easily access/search for employees that have been terminated from the Reflektive system. Their old profiles will show up, as well as any data that's on the system. This makes any sort of data retrieval as easy as possible for the administrator.
- Admins will only have access to data based on their permissions, just like for active employees.
- No new content creation/updates will be permitted (no comments, likes, agenda updates, etc.)
- Access to Reviews to download/PDF will be available.
Goals Edit API
Who does this affect?
Any HR Admin who wants to leverage the API
Why the update?
As with our last few releases, we're continuously improving our API to contain a more robust feature set. With this release, you will now be able to edit 3 types of goals and input them into Reflektive:
- API User can edit individual goals for any employee in their organization via API
- API User can edit group goals for anyone in their organization via API
- API user can edit company goals via API
There are no email notifications sent to employees when any of these actions occur with the API.
