We'll be going over new features, updates, and improvements to Reflektive below. These features and fixes are live as of 10/9/18.
Acknowledgement - Available Now
Who does this affect?
All employees within companies who have been reviewed for a check-in or review cycle
Why the update?
Our current Review Process - regardless of type - assumes that a conversation is occurring outside of the Reflektive system between the user receiving feedback and the manager or HR professional delivering the feedback. Within Reflektive, we are not capturing any type of acknowledgement from the employee that they received the feedback provided. With the upcoming Acknowledgement feature, users will now be prompted to confirm if they've looked over their report, ensuring that employees will benefit from any feedback they've received.
Once a manager (reviewer) completes and releases a review to an employee, the employee (reviewee) will receive an email prompting them to confirm that they've received the review.
The employee clicks on the link and logs into the Reflektive web application. At the bottom of the screen, they will see the acknowledgement bar. They complete the task by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
If an employee ignores the confirmation email, they will be sent a weekly reminder until they confirm.
If you want the feature enabled, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Review List Update - Available Now
Who does this affect?
HR Admins and Review Admins
Why the update?
As Reflektive works to modernize and update their overall user experience across all products, we're also ensuring that there is a uniform experience across the board. As with our recent update to the Administrator's view of a specific check-in or review cycle, we're applying the same attention to detail with the administrator's view of the Review List. The updated view will look like this:
In this release, we'll incorporate the following features and improvements:
- Performance of this page will be vastly improved due to pagination and limiting results per page to 100 items.
- Ability to sort on all columns (name, type, launch date, creator, status) EXCEPT # of participants.
- Cloning cycles will now be at a per-cycle level, accessible by the overflow menu button located on the last column.
A big feature that will be available in the near future but not this release is searching and filtering through the Review List.
Anonymity Settings on Performance Reviews - Available Now
Who does this affect?
HR Admins and Review Admins
Why the update?
Due to popular demand, Reflektive has brought over anonymity toggles for our standard Performance Reviews. This will allow administrators to toggle review feedback to be Fully Anonymous, Non-Anonymous for Managers, and Fully Non-Anonymous.
Please note that the setting, "Will managers complete a review about their direct reports?" has to be toggled to "Yes" for the anonymity toggles to appear.
Goals API - Write - Available Now
Who does this affect?
Technical teams that would like to leverage the Goals API
Why the update?
In order to achieve more robust functionality across the board with our API, Reflektive is now building out better Goals API support. In this release, you are now able to do the following:
- End-user can now request all individual goals fields that are enabled in his/her company’s instance of Reflektive so that he/she can properly format individual goals data to be loaded into Reflektive
