In a 360 Review cycle, employees are asked to select and submit their peer reviewers. Then, a manager or HR admin for that review cycle will approve the list of peer reviewers. Once, a list is approved, employees can no longer edit the submitted selection.
Who can edit my reviewer list post-approval?
If you need to make additional edits to your reviewer list, we recommend that you speak to your manager or HR admin as they will be able to add/remove reviewers on your behalf from their dashboard.
