When an employee’s manager changes during the review cycle, the employee will see feedback from both managers as long as the following happens:
- The Original Manager needs to write and submit the review. NOTE: If the original manager has saved a draft, but not submitted the feedback it will be retained after the manager change.
- The Admin needs to go and change the employee’s Original Manager to the New Manager
- The New Manager needs to write and submit the review
- Upon release of the review results, both the employee and the New Manager should both be able to see a section for Self Review, Former Manager, and Manager review
