Bug Fixes

  • Check-Ins/Reviews Related Issues
    • Issue: The user receives an error message when switching from the horizontal to the vertical axis when pasting text over the character limit.
    • Fix: Switching between horizontal and vertical axis works without issue. There is no longer an error message.

    • Issue: The user does not know how many peer reviewers they need to add in the first step of completing a 360 Performance Review in order satisfy a minimum requirement.
    • Fix: Reworded text in Step 1 of a 360 Performance Review when selecting peers to show ‘Add # more peer reviewers before submitting’.

    • Issue: In review reports, the Competencies tab shows up blank in review participant reports self-review is completed.
    • Fix: The reports now populate correctly.
    • Issue: Former direct reports were not counting towards the anonymity threshold - their responses would not be grouped with directs/peers.
    • Fix: Former direct reports now count towards the anonymity threshold. Their scores will also be aggregated in the “Others” or “Direct Reports” categories.
      • With this fix, former managers scores will be aggregated with Manager scores, but the report will distinguish between the comments/feedback left by former managers and managers.
      • Former direct reports comments can now be hidden by the manager in review reports.

  • Real-Time Feedback Related Issues
    • Issue: Total number of points that a person could redeem were being displayed in system-generated Real-Time Feedback emails.
    • Fix: The total point tallies were removed from the emails.

    • Issue: When visiting www.reflektive.com/download, for downloading the Reflektive plugin, the webpage was displaying some UI Issues.
    • Fix: The download plugin page is now rendering properly and all the links lead to the latest version of the plugin.

    • Issue: The External Feedback workflow would occasionally produce an error when selecting multiple recipients. 
    • Fix: The error no longer shows up during the normal work-flow.

    • Issue: System generated External Feedback emails do not have an unsubscribe feature.
    • Fix: Users can now unsubscribe to those emails.

    • Issue: HTML code was appearing in the Administrator Report for 'All Real-Time Feedback Events'. 
    • Fix: HTML code no longer appears in the 'All Real-Time Feedback Events' report.
  • Goals Related Issues
    • Issue: Deleted Goals were showing up in the automated “Goals Due Date Reminder" notification email that Reflektive sends out.
    • Fix: Deleted goals no longer show up in that email.

    • Issue: For customers using the Goals platform with OKR Measurements turned on - Key Result Progress isn't displayed in the "All Active Goals" and "All Archived Goals Reports."
    • Fix: Both reports have been updated to display OKR measurements.

    • Issue: When creating or updating goals, adding long goal tags causes odd formatting
    • Fix: Longer goal tags now display properly without the formatting issues.

    • Issue: If you have Key Results that go beyond a certain character limit, there becomes a misalignment of text.
    • Fix: Added more fluidity to Key Result text fields, allowing text to expand without misalignment.
    • Issue: Users would not find themselves under "My Organization" filter in the Goals Dashboard.
    • Fix: Users can now see themselves populate under filter results within "My Organization" in the Goals Dashboard.

    • Issue: Users on Internet Explorer 11 that try to collapse an expanded goal will cause an error.
    • Fix: The expand/collapse feature now works properly in IE 11.

Bug Fixes

  • Real-Time Feedback Related Issues

    • Issue: The View Email Link from a Real-Time Feedback post does not show up.
    • Fix: The link now appears.

    • Issue: The "Give Thanks" text and button within the Weekly Recognition Email was misaligned.
    • Fix: The text and button have been realigned and is dynamic (scales properly in all browsers)

    • Issue: Ineligible employees were showing up in Real-Time Feedback searches (e.g. when giving feedback, you could select someone who wasn't part of your employee population with the setting Constant Feedback enabled).
    • Fix: Ineligible employees are not being filtered out correctly when searching/browsing employees.

    • Issue: Clicking on Reflektive footer link does not open web app in a new browser window.
    • Fix: The link now correctly redirects the user to the web app in a new browser.

    • Issue: The “Most Used Hashtags Report” was causing an error when the date-range lands on 8-17. 
    • Fix: Cleaned up the calendar selection logic so that dates ening on 8-17 no longer cause an error.

    • Issue: Duplicates of Requested Feedback showed in reports.
    • Fix: All duplicates have been removed, and generating any new Request Feedback instances will not create duplicates moving forward.
  • Goals Related Issues
    • Issue: The "My Organization" search filter within the Goals Dashboard was showing incorrect results.
    • Fix: Filtering logic for "My Organization" was updated so that only correct records get pulled in.

    • Issue: A Goals-only Administrator cannot change an employee's manager.
    • Fix: Updated the Goals-only Administrator permissions so that they too can change an employee's manager.

  • Check-Ins/Reviews Related Issues
    • Issue: Survey forms do not appear when an Administrator uses the proxy login feature to log in as a people manager.
    • Fix: Survey forms are now appearing when an admin proxy logs in as an employee who is a manager.

    • Issue: Users do not know or see any error messages when they try to select more than the maximum allotted number of peer reviewers. 
    • Fix: The error message now appears on a bottom banner, notifying them how many peer reviews they're supposed to select.

    • Issue: The Deliver Reviews due date on Review Dashboard shows up for check-ins.
    • Fix: The Deliver Reviews due date on the Review Dashboard is now hidden for check-ins.

    • Issue: When attempting to trigger the "All Review Feedback" report as an admin, the error message ‘The requested report could not be rendered’ appears.
    • Fix: The "All Review Feedback" report text now shows ‘Have the report emailed once it has been prepared'.

    • Issue: Calibration In-App Reports lack unique ID numbers in the headers, making edits a time-consuming process.
    • Fix: The reports will now have question unique ID numbers in the headers.
    • Issue: In the Review Builder for an administrator, when switching between targeting Some Employees and Everyone, the question targeting would get stuck and not target correctly.
    • Fix: Switching to "Everyone" will now properly target the question to all employees.

    • Issue: PDF Export links were occasionally giving an error when clicked on.
    • Fix: The PDF Export mechanism was cleaned up, eliminating the instability and error.
    • Issue: Data Explorer (in web app data reporting) inadvertently truncates data when the dataset has over 1000 rows.
    • Fix: Data Explorer filtering logic was amended and now properly downloads filtered review data that has 1000+ rows.

    • Issue: When a user has no review cycles, they will see a blank-state on the check-ins/reviews tab (instead of getting directed away from the page)
    • Fix: A user will now see a page that shows that they have no actions necessary here.

  • Goals Alignment Visualization
    • The Goal Alignment Visualization, like an org chart, allows users to view and navigate through goal relationships.
    • Supports currently aligned goals (public, individual) within Reflektive.

    • Users filling out a live review are notified when a change is made and that a refresh is required.

Bug Fixes

  • Goals Related Issues
    • Issue: Goal comments gave an error when typing and or pasting over 499 characters.
    • Fix: Users can now type or paste more than 499 characters into a goal comment.

    • Issue: Within Goal comments, text added after uploading an image appears above or behind an image.
    • Fix: Within Goal comments, text added after uploading an image now appears below the image.

    • Issue: Goal comments were not supporting line breaks. The text wouldn't display proper spacing.
    • Fix: Goals Comments now support line breaks, resolving spacing/formatting issues.

    • Issue: There is a blank space where a selected goal should be appearing in the alignment widget.
    • Fix: Selected goal in the alignment widget now appears when selected.

FEBRUARY

New Features

  • Live Calibration Tool
    • A new tab under Admin called “Calibration” will be visible to any admins who have access to review cycles.
    • Admins will be able to select any open or closed cycle to calibrate, and can choose whether they want to view the report as themselves or a specific manager.
    • Note: Changes to free response questions and 9 box questions are not yet supported in Live Calibration.
  • Multiple Language Support implemented
    • Can set language with browser preferences, or manually through their profile page.
  • JIRA to Reflektive Goals Integration (workflow for employees)
    • IT / HR Admin can connect Reflektive to their JIRA instance. Customer must be using the OKR Measurements goal type.
    • Once JIRA is connected, employees (or manager, admin) can create a goal.

Bug Fixes

  • Check-Ins/Reviews Related Issues

    • Issue: The Feedback Received sidebar in the review survey was showing the incorrect date - it showed when the feedback was sent.
    • Fix: The date now correctly pulls from the current date.
    • Issue: Manager and Non-Manager targeting was not preserved when cloning a review.
    • Fix: Manager and Non-Manager targeting now gets copied over when cloning a review.
    • Issue: When secondary managers would try to hide review comments from former managers by clicking the link, nothing would happen.
    • Fix: Secondary managers will now be able to hide review comments from former managers.

  • Goals Related Issues

    • Issue: Goal Goal List items appear in a seemingly randomized order.
    • Fix: Group Goal List items now display in the order that they were drafted in.

    • Issue: Goals that were being cascaded had only certain attributes go over.
    • Fix: Cascading is now an all or nothing function. It's now a true clone.

Bug Fixes

  • Check-Ins/Reviews Related Issues:

    • Issue: When creating a 9-box question type, attempting to save text in a box exceeding 30 characters would result in an error.
    • Fix: Updated the character limit to the original intended 40 characters. The error messaging is now more specific as well.

    • Issue: "Deliver Reviews" action batch would show numbers/incomplete items even though they have been completed.
    • Fixed: “Deliver Reviews” action badge updates properly as check-ins are completed

    • Issue: When sending out multiple nudges within the same session, only the first nudge gets sent out.
    • Fixed: If you send multiple nudges within the same session, they will all now send.

    • Issue: In the review list, the # of participants shown was based off the total employee count in Reflektive, confusing those who created the review for a subset of the population.
    • Fix: The # of participants will be based on what each admin can see, not total count; i.e. if you are a limited admin and can only see 100/500 people, you will only see “100 participants” listed.
    • Issue: The current manager could not hide comments from former managers in reviews.
    • Fix: Current managers can now hide comments from former managers where necessary.

    • Issue: If a review is submitted, removed, and re-added, the state reverts to an unsubmitted/incomplete status, which throws off reporting and can cause the perception that review deadlines were not met.
    • Fix: If a review is submitted, removed, and re-added, it remains in the submitted.

    Real-Time Feedback:

    • Issue: When editing Real-Time Feedback agendas, attempting to overwrite content is inconsistent.
    • Fix: Any edits/additions to the agenda now stick.

    • Issue: The "Save a Note" button appears in the My Team page instead of "Leave Feedback".
    • Fix: The “Save a Note” from the My Team page is now disabled when the constructive feedback when constructive feedback is disabled.
    • Issue: Pasting long strings into the 1x1 agenda would strip the text of formatting, leaving something nearly illegible.
    • Fix: Pasting long strings into the 1x1 agenda now works properly.

    • Issue: Administrators were able to give themselves feedback when logged into Reflektive.
    • Fix: Admin permissioning was updated so that administrators cannot give themselves feedback.
