Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG), the parent company of PeopleFluent, has signed an agreement to acquire Reflektive. Reflektive’s complementary performance management capabilities will be part of PeopleFluent’s talent management portfolio, enhancing its engagement and analytics capabilities.
The following questions and answers are intended to address common questions anticipated as part of the combination of Reflektive and PeopleFluent. If you have questions that are not captured within this document, please contact your Reflektive account representative for more detail.
What happens to the product(s) I own?
PeopleFluent development initiatives will focus on expanding the full suite of talent management solutions while continuing to fully support and build upon existing Reflektive product lines. As the Reflektive performance, engagement, and analytical tools are highly complementary to the robust performance capabilities of the PeopleFluent solution, the combined company has no plans to sunset any of the products that were sold previously by either Reflektive or PeopleFluent. Immediately, both companies can take advantage of new capabilities from Reflektive on continuous 1:1 conversations, employee survey and engagement tools with built-in analytics, and from PeopleFluent, a full enterprise-grade highly configurable performance management responsive platform that can deliver the robust performance process (e.g. outcome-based goals, weighting and calculations, clinical competencies, notifications and workflow tools, built-in video, multi-rater and 360 capabilities). While the company intends to deliver a joint strategy and technology roadmap in the first half of 2021, early emphasis will be placed on the acceleration of integration points across products.
Regardless of the specific product(s) deployed by our customers, everyone will now have access to a full suite of solutions across Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Mobility, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Compensation, and Org Charting, and for current customers, at a discounted rate. PeopleFluent will continue to innovate products within this compelling and broad suite of solutions. In addition, customers will have opportunities to leverage the industry-leading capabilities of learning services and solutions across the portfolio of PeopleFluent’s parent company, Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG).
Do Reflektive and PeopleFluent have common customers?
Yes. There are a set of common clients currently served by each organization across the different product lines. Customers will have the opportunity to learn more about the organization in upcoming product events and forums. Customers will also have the chance to interact and exchange ideas with their peers during the planned 2021 PeopleFluent regional virtual customer events during the year.
What will happen to current product and service agreements that exist through partnership?
All partners of Reflektive will be kept as part of the PeopleFluent Partner Program.
Who do customers reach out to with questions or ongoing business, service, or product needs?
Clients will continue to be represented by the Reflektive Customer Success team, now part of PeopleFluent, for continuity of service and satisfaction.
Are there any financial benefits of this combination for customers?
PeopleFluent is already a leading provider of performance management solutions within the Human Capital Management space. With an established market presence, strong revenue and profitability, a healthy balance sheet, and the flexibility required to be nimble and proactive as part of LTG, customers will most definitely benefit financially from this combination. Immediately, existing customers of either Reflektive or PeopleFluent will receive incentive discounts on further talent management solutions and learning services. In addition, data and process integration synergies inherent when connecting performance products to other talent processes will be available for clients looking to expand their talent strategies to drive greater business outcomes. Ultimately, this combination represents a continued investment in the full suite of talent offerings and the opportunity to drive further enhancements to the performance and engagement solutions, beyond the significant capabilities resulting from the combined offering, providing greater value to our clients well into the future.
Will my service and support be changed or interrupted?
No. Customers will not experience interruptions as a result of the combination. You will continue to interact with the Customer Success team and with Reflektive now a part of the larger PeopleFluent organization. This represents a new opportunity to provide an enhanced level of service to our clients.
What communications can I expect?

The PeopleFluent integration plan will be rolled out in the next 100 days, and we will be sharing our most important initiatives and developments with customers on an ongoing basis over this period of time.
I’m a customer of both Reflektive and PeopleFluent. How will this affect me?
