Goals Training for Reflektive End Users

We are excited to share the recording of the Goals for End Users Training session. This recording is a great resource for new employees to learn how to create and manage goals their goals in Reflektive. This training will also help managers learn how they can utilize additional features in Reflektive to manage goals for their direct reports.

NOTE: Our customers have configured their goal's solution in ways that are specific to their use cases. For us to provide a comprehensive training we will be sharing best practices for our OKR with Measurements format with all auxiliary features enabled. Please keep this in mind if you see functionality that is not reflected in your environment, the intention of this training is to share basic concepts that can be replicated by employees to fulfill their organization’s requirements.
