Diving right into the Reflektive platform doesn't come without its challenges. There are features and workflows that you have to get familiar with, and you'll likely come across something that doesn't seem quite right.
The best place to start is here, the Reflektive Knowledge Center! You will be able to search for questions, keywords, or topics if you have an idea what you need to look up.

The first section, "Troubleshooting", will be your best bet for finding frequently asked questions with their corresponding solutions you can try out on your own. "How to Use Reflektive" contains more comprehensive guides that teach you the workflows of our products, along with more details around how each feature works so that you can gain a deeper understanding of the Reflektive system. Finally, with "Growing Your People", you'll find more strategic resources on how to give feedback, what other companies are doing in the HR space, and success stories you can draw inspiration from.
If you still have questions or a request about something (eg: What's going on with my Goals? Why can't I see my review results? Can I get someone to update my manager?), please reach out to your HR Administrator as an escalated resource next. They will be trained in managing the Reflektive Platform for your company, and they will be able to handle most of your questions and requests.
Finally, if you discover that it's something that they cannot handle, they should be able to contact their Reflektive representative for support, or route you to our Customer Support team here at Reflektive.
