Anonymity Settings
Each Review cycle can be configured to have different levels of anonymity in the Review Builder: (i) Fully anonymous, (ii) Non-anonymous for Managers, and (iii) Fully Non-anonymous.

Fully Anonymous
- Shows self but hides other reviewers
- The default threshold is 3 reviewers and set here in the Create a Review page:If you change this value to 1, then all the rules below would be set around 1 (instead of 3)
- Fewer than 3 peers + direct reports submitted feedback, no feedback appears
- 3+ peers and direct reports but fewer than 3 peers and 3 direct reports, feedback show up as 'Other'
- 3+ peers and 3+ direct reports, feedbacks show up in peers and direct reports section
- No names ever appears for comments
- Each question, responses will be scrambled in order to reinforce anonymity and make it more difficult for individuals to be identified

- Managers are able to see names of reviewers

- Names of reviewers always shows with feedback
- Peers and direct reports appear in separate categories
