Real-Time Feedback is one of the core elements of the Reflektive platform and Real-Time Feedback reports enable administrators to understand how frequently employees are giving, receiving, and requesting feedback.
To access Real-Time Feedback reports, you must have administrative privileges. Once granted, click on the Admin tab located at the top.
Next, click on Reports on the left-hand menu. After selecting Real-Time Feedback as the report type, you can now select a specific report with the drop-down menu.
If you set up your HRIS system to send custom columns with data to Reflektive, you will be able to see that data in the below Real-Time Feedback reports.
We'll now go over each report type and how to interpret their results below.
Real-Time Feedback Events
This report allows you to view all posts that appear on the Real-Time Feedback Recognition Wall. While you are able to scroll down the Recognition Wall page and see posts appear in reverse chronological order, exporting the report from this section gives the ability to pick specific windows of time for feedback. This is helpful if you want to filter down to a specific point of time, or if you want to go way back in time in case your company has too many Real-Time Feedback events to scroll through.
Please note that this report will include feedback written by and given to an employee who was terminated.
As you can see, there is a preview of this specific report. You'll see the sender, receiver, comment, point value attached to the feedback (if peer bonuses are enabled), and timestamp. If you click on Download CSV, you'll receive the full report.
If your company has peer bonuses enabled, you will be able to see what rewards your employees have redeemed, how many points they used, average point redemption, total reward value, and average reward value per redemption.
If you've enabled peer bonuses, we recommend that you look at this report every two weeks or at another regular cadence. This will help you understand how active people are with reward redemptions, if you need to help coordinate any custom reward redemptions, and the overall monetary value redeemed.
This report allows the administrator to see a list of feedback requests made within the system. You'll be able to see who made the request to whom, what their ID numbers are in the system (for easy tracking in the system), what the request text was, what the feedback text was, if it was shared publicly or not, and the dates of the solicitation and the response.
It will also help you understand how many outstanding requests were not answered.
