Being able to measure your company's progress on goals helps you understand which initiatives are being worked on, and understand how aligned your teams are.
To access Goals reports, you must have administrative privileges. Once granted, click on the Admin tab located at the top.
Next, click on Reports on the left-hand menu. After selecting Goals as the report type, you can now select a specific report with the drop-down menu.
If you set up your HRIS system to send custom columns with data to Reflektive, you will be able to see that data in the below Goal reports, except for the All Group Goals report.
We'll now go over each report type and how to interpret their results below.
All Active Goals
This report allows you to view all active goals within the system. Depending on how many employees you have, this can be a dense report as it contains every goal, public or private, that's not archived in the system. Not only that, it will contain OKRs if you have those enabled for your company, as well as their completion status.
This report does not have a preview to view, so please email and download the CSV report and open it up in Excel or Google Sheets or equivalent program.

All Archived Goals
This report functions and looks almost exactly as the same as the All Active Goals report, with the exception that this report only shows archived goals.
This report does not have a preview to view, so please email and download the CSV report and open it up in Excel or Google Sheets or equivalent program. The headers for the report are the same as the headers in the All Active Goals report.
Active Goals Per Employee
With this report, you'll be able to see how many goals each employee has. This is a good way to see which of your employees are fully invested in the goal-setting process, and which could use guidance and encouragement.
This report does not have a preview to view, so please email and download the CSV report and open it up in Excel or Google Sheets or equivalent program.
All Group Goals
This report shows you all existing Group Goals (which can cover Department, Location, Positions, and ad-hoc groups) in the system. The report will also tell you who created the Group Goal, what their email, department, and location is. Additionally, it will give you the viewers of the goal, the goal title and description, as well as the goal creation date and last update time.
This report does not have a preview to view, so please email and download the CSV report before opening it up in Excel/Google Sheets or equivalent program.
