Action Plans are meant to drive initiatives forward by allowing admins to create targeted plans (goals) to improve employee engagement. Because we're leveraging the goals platform, admins are able to assign action items to the right person, whether they are on your own team or in another global office, in order to drive successful completion and follow-through.
- In “Favorability of Responses” Engagement reports, admins (and managers, if they have access) can create an “Action Plan” (e.g., a goal) to take action based on engagement results
- Actions plans are visible in the table view and the heatmap
- Actions plans are visible in the table view and the heatmap
- Action plans will be goals created and assigned to:
- Manager - can assign to direct reports and to yourself
- Admins - can assign an action plan (aka goal) based on permissions
Suggested Action Plans (Pre-Populated)
While you can create a new action plan as outlined above, you are also able to use suggested pre-populated Action Plans (which show up as Take Action instead of Create Action Plan), but under specific conditions.
- When viewing a Favorability report broken down by question, admins and managers will see suggested action plans for Reflektive’s Engagement Template questions
- Admins can save the suggested action plan directly as a goal, or edit the action plan before saving it as a goal
- These will only populate for Reflektive’s default questions, not for custom questions (admins can still create their own action plan for custom questions)
Pre-populated plans will only appear when all of the below is true:
- The report type is Survey Responses -> Favoribility of Responses --> GROUPED BY Question Title
- The questions are the Reflektive default questions. Any edits to the questions will not surface the pre-populated action plan
