After your Customer Success Manager has your instance of Reflektive up and running, along with the Goals Module enabled, we have a list of actions for your team to test out to ensure that everything is behaving the way it should.
Follow these steps to go test each user story test case (Individual Contributor, Manager and System Administrator):
- Follow the testing steps for each user story - start by logging into at www.reflektive.com/app. Click on the "Goals" tab, then go through the Action column below.
- Compare your results to the listed expected result (where applicable).
- Document your observed results if they were different than the expected result. You can either click on the checkboxes and then print out this page or, if you want a more detailed progress sheet you can work off your machine, please use the template below to track your results.
- Document whether or not the test passed or failed. Where there is a failure or additional question(s), contact your Onboarding Manager/Customer Success Manager.
After logging in, go through the relevant sections below:
Goals Home Page (Individual Contributors)
