Personal Employee Settings
Employees are able to toggle on/off certain email subscription under their profile settings:
At the top right of the screen, click the 3 dots then Settings > Manage Email Preferences

Company Settings
- If employee has “Actions" due an email notification will be sent
- To enable email notifications for conversations (1:1s)
Goals & Polls
- This will send an email to all non-responders to the poll question in either the plug-in or email
- If a goal is cascaded to an employee, the employee will get an email
- If a goal is cascaded to an employee, the employee’s manager will get an email
- As an individual (non-manager) when email is archived, you get an email confirmation
- When group goal is created, everyone assigned to the group goal will receive an email
- When group goal is updated, everyone in assigned to group goal will receive an email
- When group goal is archived, everyone in assigned to group goal will receive an email
- When group goal is deleted, everyone in assigned to group goal will receive an email
- When individuals comments on group goal, everyone assigned to the group goal will receive an email
Real-Time Feedback
- Thursday weekly email will be sent out to employees summarizing public RTF posts. In order to get the Weekly newsletter, there should be a minimum of 3 Feedbacks in a week cycle
- Email is sent to users whenever they receive positive feedback
- Email is sent to a manager when one of their direct reports receives public positive feedback
- Email is sent if someone comments on a thread one which you have already
- Email is sent to the person who received recognition saying that their post was commented on
- Email is sent to the user when negative feedback is posted about the user
- Managers will get monthly summary emails on how much feedback they are giving to their Direct Reports
Per Employee Real-Time Feedback Notification
- Allows this user to get email for Real-Time Feedback posts
- This will send a monthly email to managers which contains visuals/stats of their feedback sent to their direct reports
