Why Can’t Some Managers See Their Direct Reports in the Active Review Cycle?

In order for a manager to write a review on their direct report - the following needs to be enabled by an admin when creating a review cycle:

For Check-in cycle:

2. In the Review Builder > Step 4: Participants:

• Manager should be added as a provider under "Who can provide feedback?"
• Direct report should be added as a recipient under "Who will receive feedback?"
