Who Receives a Kick-off Email?

After a cycle has been launched, admins can send a kick-off email to inform employee's that a review is now available. Admins have the option to send the kick-off email to:

• All Employees in the cycle
• Specific Employees in the cycle

When you send a kick-off email to all employee's in the review cycle:

• Recipients/ reviewee's will receive the kick-off email 
• The Recipients/ reviewee's mandatory reviewers will receive the kick-off email

Note: The kick-off email will not be sent to peer reviewers
