Outlook for PC

The Reflektive Real-Time Feedback tool integrates directly with Outlook for PC as an Add-on.  When installed in the inbox of a Reflektive user, the add-on will appear on the right side of your Outlook window:

Each time an email is opened from a colleague in the Reflektive program, that colleague's profile will appear in the Reflektive Add-on with the option to give feedback. 

The Reflektive add-on can also be collapsed at any time for a reduced footprint in Outlook, using the arrow icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar:

Additional Notes:

• Reflektive currently supports Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 for PC
• The integration with Outlook for PC can be distributed to users as an .msi file, either through a central deployment or on a user-by-user basis.
• If the inbox is linked to an email associated with an existing Reflektive account, the add-on will appear after installation and a restart of Outlook
• If the inbox is not linked to a Reflektive account, then the Add-on will not appear. Please contact your administrator or Reflektive directly if you need your account added/updated.
