Certain content within the Knowledge Center (Release Notes, Special Features, and Video content) is only available to our customers that sign up for a Reflektive Zendesk account. This is separate from your regular Reflektive account. However you may use the same e-mail address to sign up and even the same password.
Follow the steps below to sign up:
1. To go to the sign-up page, please visit here. Click on the "Sign In" link in the center or top right of the page. Then, you will see a login page like below:
2. Next, click on the "New to Reflektive? Sign up" link. That will bring up the below form.
Click on the "I'm not a robot" checkbox. Once you register, confirm your account with the automated email that you get. Then you will have access to the entirety of the Knowledge Center!
