If your team would like to export out all data within Reflektive in order to audit, review, or do analysis, we recommend that you take the following measures. Remember, once your relationship with Reflektive ends, you will not be able to retrieve information from our servers, so it's important to do this before your final day of service.

Full Administrators are able to export Real-Time Feedback, Goals, and Review/Check-In data. Goto the Admin tab, then under Management (left-hand menu), click on Reports.

Real-Time Feedback (aka Recognition & Feedback)

  1. Log in to Reflektive

  2. Navigate to the Admin section

  4. Select report type = Real-Time Feedback
    5. \n
  5. Select a report = Real-Time Feedback Events, Reward Redemptions, Most Used Hashtags, Hashtags Per Employee

  6. Select date range (eg: August 1, 2018 - present)

  7. Click \"Download CSV\" or \"Email CSV\" link for each report listed above

  8. Click \"Email Full CSV Report\" link

  9. Repeat the above steps to export out all review data from all cycles

Reviews - PDF

  1. Log in to Reflektive

  2. Navigate to the Admin section

  3. Click on the Reviews tab (on the left side of the page)

  4. Find the review of your choice. Once in it, look to the right of the title and look for the Download icon. Hovering over it will say Export Results as PDFs\n
    5. \n
  5. Click the button. This will export ALL review results into an easy to read PDF format.

  • A dialog box will appear. You can either export the reports with the employee view or the manager view (which may contain more information). Once you click confirm, an email download link will be sent to your e-mail address.
